Machine suitable to provide a spherical shape to the dough. It is particularly suited for the processing of soft and non-standard dough and, generally, for all those types of dough whose rising is a very important factor.




The rolling is performed between a cone and Teflon coated channel which produces pieces with a spherical shape. Each machine is equipped with an adjustable flour duster. It can be coupled to any automatic divider. The machine is mounted on wheels, fitted with blocking system. If requested the machine can be supplied with Teflon coated cone, air blast device with cold air or cold and warm air, out feed belt.
